Order never came, the customer "help" team is all automated trust me you'll get more sense from smashing your head against a brick wall. Soap at the shops pack of 10 for £4.99 Dr. "I don't care an ounce about my customers" Squatch pack of 1 for £9 plus £10 shipping with a 50% chance it will get lost, are you sure? Your damn right I'm sure

The first order I had, one of the conditioner bottles had unfortunately leaked during transit, but the customer service team replaced it with no trouble at all. I have now ordered two or three times and received lovely products and excellent customer service every time. As I said on a review on their site, I love the scents so much I sometimes use the deodorants etc. myself. Thank you. Just be patient with their shipping times and your wait will be worth it for sure.

Not located in the UK, everything is shipped from the US which takes a long time. They also passed on our address wrong to DHL and our order is going to be delivered to the wrong house.

Ordered the products and they never arrived. Their customer service is all automated rubbish and they don’t reply with helpful options.

Just not worth the asking price for their soap bars. Pine tar literally dyes my shower black and does nothing to exfoliate my skin. Can’t really feel or smell any difference to any other scented bar or exfoliating soap you’re likely to try. I wouldn’t say avoid, just not worth the premium in the UK. I was expecting more.

After ordering £50 of soap on the 26th or May it was delivered to the wrong address. Two weeks later after I had to re-order this still hasn't arrived. Absolute shambles.

I want to preface this review by saying that I legitimately think that the brand is doing good things and they seem to have their heart in the right place but they need to fix their logistics. The positives are that I have tried the products now a while and they smell nice and feel good to use, the quality feels appropriate for the price. The drawback is that I ordered my initial product on March 29th , I waited a while and got no fulfilment and contacted the company, their support rep Yara told me the order was resent so i waited another while then still no tracking or fulfilment. I asked again and was told that the issue was one product was missing and so I had to replace it. Genuinely confused that they still offered the product online and why they never reached out on this without my having to reach out twice. They gave me a voucher for another order which is fine but I'm not sure I want to take the gamble to have to send a chain of 14 emails to get a resolve. Tl;dr product is good but the fulfilment is rough and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The worst product I’ve purchased. Purchased this and used 2 days and the rest went in the bin. Dries out skin completely and over perfumed. Cheap product just well marketed. Wouldn’t recommend this

I've made about 5 Dr. Squatch orders overall and the men in my family are big fans and the soap and deodorants are great. I actually just placed an order which I had to change a bit and I was very happily suprised by the quick answer from customer service! The reason I'm giving a 4 star is because I'm salty that i forgot I had a subscribtion and I accidentaly got a bunch of soap I didn't want but that's on me- I'd just like an email before I place the order so I can change it to what I actually want- and not just the previous order.

Made am order that came to 30 pounds. They put me on a subscription without even asking so I cancelled straight away. I emailed them they said I was lucky cos I cancelled within first half hour so they shouldn't be a problem. That was 2 months ago.They keep making excuses. I've used them before and it takes ages to get to you anyway. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY....steer clear. You'll order n they'll put you on a monthly subscription without asking.

The soaps do smell lovely but they claim to be “Natural” but I believe they are heavily fragranced and not natural ones. I used Dr Squatch for a few days and all was well but after a couple of showers my skin started to sting and become sore, I had burn blisters on my testicles and nipple area, they were like chemical burns! It may be because I do have sensitive skin but even so if it’s supposedly natural this should not have been the case. I also find the soaps do not last long at all, you will get around 4-5 washes with it before it melts. Overall they smell nice but not worth the money and makes skin sore and itchy. Sorry Dr Squatch it’s a 1 Star from me.

I bought a "mystery pack" of "Limited Edition" soaps off of Dr Squatch and I got the worst pack that I could have hoped for. 3 of the 6 soaps I got weren't even technically limited edition it was just their normal scents in a 10 year anniversary box. I didn't even get the mystery gift like I was supposed to get. Soap quality has only gotten worse, customer base is too big, all they ever do are big runs of soaps so the soap lost that TLC they used to give it, all they do lately is repackage their original soaps but slap a fancy box on it to make it "Limited Edition" all this and now they choose to raise their prices rather than make their expensive soap more affordable. Dr Squatch doesn't seem to realize that they aren't in the position to negotiate. Go to Sudsy Bear Soap Co. Instead you won't be dissapointed.

As others have mentioned, it’s advertised as if it’s UK based but it not - so expect a length delivery service. The products themselves don’t compare to other products I’ve used which are completely natural ingredients. The pine tar shampoo reminded me of toilet duck and the soap didn't meet the same quality standards as others. After ordering I was offered a free soap. Im guessing as a new customer. But the postage will cost you another £9 so it’s hardly a great deal. If it was included in the first order then it would be more tempting at the time of purchase. Based on delivery times, delivery costs, quality of product and the fact it’s pretty expensive - I will not buy anything from the company again. It’s all marketing which isn’t backed up.

So was constantly bombarded with instagram ads so thought i’d give them a go. Firstly shipping is insane as it is from the USA, so UK shipping took a while. Soap smells okay, but scent does not last at all. Skin ended up getting dry really quick, and soap itself lasted barely two weeks before breaking up, reckon it will last another week at that, for £8 a bar i’d expect some longevity to it, not three weeks. First and last time i’ll be purchasing and honestly would not recommend them to anyone.
